Background Check Disclosure

OBEO, Inc, (“OBEO”), the entity that contracts with photographers who provide photos of real estate, is committed to customer and property safety. As part of that commitment, OBEO may now, or at any time while you are an independent photographer provider (“Photographer Provider”) with an independent contractor relationship (“I/C Relationship”) with OBEO, verify information within your proposal to enter into or maintain an I/C Relationship, resume or contract by obtaining a consumer report and/or investigative consumer report (background check) from the following consumer reporting agency (“CRA”): Accurate Background located at 7515 Irvine Center Drive, Irvine, CA 92618 –1-800-784-3911– Privacy policy:  https://accuratebackground.com/privacy-policy/. Once completed, background checks will be emailed to you.

 

As allowed by law, OBEO may obtain additional background checks without a new authorization from you (1) during your I/C Relationship with OBEO, if any, and (2) from CRAs other than Accurate Background.
